Prorated rent is due at move-in. Your first full month's rent will be due on the 1st of the following month.

A maximum of two pets is permitted; up to 2 dogs allowed, each under 50 lbs. Aggressive/restricted breeds prohibited (list available on request); ESA/service animals are exempt from breed restrictions and pet fees with documentation.
